Trustees
As health care trustees, you know that health care organizations are continually challenged to attract, develop, and retain good leaders, and that leaders need high quality training to thrive in today's ever-changing and extremely demanding health care environment.
The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) recently announced a unique program designed to help develop health care leaders: The Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement. HANYS is encouraging hospital and health system chief executives to enroll current and emerging leaders within their organizations.
A collaborative with The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, one of the premiere universities and business schools in the country, the eight-week Cornell certificate program offers cutting-edge business and leadership strategies, data analytics, and focused information on New York's unique health care environment.
You can learn more about this program that begins in September online.
