HTNYS Conference Begins September 11

The 29th annual Healthcare Trustees of New York State Annual Conference will begin September 11. This year’s three-day Conference, Achieving Governance Excellence, will offer insight into the trends and forces that are shaping health care reform and the governance challenges that trustees face in today’s environment.

During the conference, HTNYS will announce the launching of its newest initiative, the Center of Excellence for Trustee Training (CETT). CETT will be part of HTNYS’ soon-to-be re-launched Web Site, and will highlight the comprehensive and cutting-edge education that HTNYS offers to trustees to support them in meeting their fiduciary responsibilities and effectively leading their organizations. CETT offers trustees a variety of training venues to meet your educational needs either in-person or portable education that is delivered to hospital board member’s at their desks, their facilities, or within their regions.
