Still Time to Register for HTNYS’ Strategic Planning for Boards Webcast

Healthcare Trustees of New York State (HTNYS) will offer an AudioConnect session, Strategic Planning for Boards, on November 17 from noon to 1 p.m. The Webcast will be presented by Larry Walker, President of the Walker Company, who will discuss strategies for ensuring that the hospital’s strategic planning process establishes a true vision for the future and continually redirects the organization to respond to change and opportunity.
